As a trauma-informed energy transformation coach, intuitive spiritual catalyst, ascension guide and a quantum oracle, I help you go from where you are, to where you want to be... FASTER, with access to higher truth and power, through body-mind-spirit wholeness.

At 37 yrs I was suffering from asthma for 34 years of my life. I was healed with energy work which helped me look within for the answers, and I believe that if it is possible for me to heal, then it is possible for clients to heal as well. You understand the root causes of the dysfunction and the various ways it affects you, so that you can shift it's energy using the techniques.

My healing philosophy is based on energetics, what makes sense, and what works. Health is a combination of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual facets. We work on each of these. I especially emphasize the emotional and mental aspects, since in most cases this is what changes the biochemistry of the body in the first place. Most root causes lie herein. We also tap into your energy blueprint to bring about a complete body-mind-spirit transformation.

As a health coach when working with health I honor my boundaries, I don't diagnose, prescribe, or mask symptoms. My work is complementary. I work on root causes and energetic imbalances. I help you heal by going within, accessing the root cause of the disharmony and attending to it. In the absence of disharmony you come back to a state of harmony. In the state of harmony, there is no dis-ease. All dis-ease exists on the spectrum of the shadow frequency. You are the ultimate power and authority in your life, so tune in and listen to your own inner voice.

As much as I can guarantee that I will show up and do my part, which is to guide my client to the best of my knowledge, efficiency and hold a loving, safe space for their healing, I cannot guarantee results.
